Kyle, You definitely don't want to try and mix up enough epoxy to cover the entire hull. You're much better off to work from smaller batches. 5 or 6 pumps each of resin & hardener like someone mentioned sounds reasonable.

The problem is that large batches of epoxy generate more heat and can start to cure on you. Once that happens if you try to spread it over the glass you will have a mess on your hands.
