This is just backyard bashing,,and using the kayaks. Do it yourself,,glue up a collection of 6"x6" panels on edge with a few common glassing schedules that are possible. Using a constant fillet size and angle (although you could throw in another variable) of around 3/4' wide so that the thickest portion of the fillet is a smidge thicker than the wood. One could be fillet only, another could be 3" tape only, another 3" tape with glass on the exterior,,3" tape with glass on the exterior and glass on one panel of the interior (original Chesapeake instructions), or for even more fun one could mix up different thickness of ply 3,4mm with the various weights of cloth and with/without tape.
