when glass/epoxy is used where it's not needed or not used where it's needed. If you make up a couple test joints using 4mm okoume panels meeting at a 120degree angle and try different glassing schedules on the interior/exterior it's surprising to find out that the amount of glass on the fillet isn't as significant as the amount of glass on the wood regarding failure modes in kayaks.
