More Air Bubble Questions

Would glassing at a higher temperature (70 F) eliminate the air bubbles?
I noticed as the bubbles developed, I could lightly scrape them out with the squeegee or even use a brush. Is this proper?
At this point you may be wondering how I got into this mess? Unfortunately, glassing the bottom took more time than I thought. I had to leave and by the time I got back more bubbles had developed and the epoxy had cured.
