Why not just paint the hull camo after you glass it? I've seen some nice home-painted duck boats that looked great. And you would avoid possibly trick adesion issues as well as UV degradtion of the epoxy and the cloth.

Gloss marine paints can also be deglossed by hand like Steve says. I've also used 4/0 3M pads or steel wool for this. But if you opt for steel wool, be sure to vacumn and tack cloth carefully to avoid rust spots. I suspect, however, that there are several sources of flat-sheen marine paints for camo painting.
