Cliff,

Delaminated plywood is not structurally sound. Would you use rusted-through steel in a new car? It certainly does not meet BS1088. If you paid for BS1088 and received this, you did not get what you paid for. My guess is that as soon as they your post, CLC will make offer to make good your defective material.

At any rate, I would certainly not use it in a boat I cared about.
