Porter Cable Model 333 ROS. Not the variable speed model. Hook and loop and have not had a problem with them wearing out too fast. A 25 pack is around $10 but I don't mind paying for the convenience of quick pad changes. Dust collecter works well and I now have an endless supply of wood flour.
