Congratulations, you've run into a classic Windows/Linux compatibilty issue. You probably uploaded from a windows box to a server that is Linux. *nix varities care about capitalization. I found your photo but the directory had a lower case I. The name wasn't exactly the same either. It was reduced to ShearClamp.jpg and again, the caps are important. The best thing to do on the windows box is make everything lowercase and do not use spaces in the directory or file name. Some FTP programs have an option to change everything to lower case when uploading. BTW, I put the correct link below. (Now watch it screw up just to make me look bad.)
