Two Tests

First this is a test of my ability to make a photograph available on this board.

If there is no picture with this posting than I have failed the first test and read no further.

The second test is that the picture has a story and I'd like to see if anyone can correctly guess what it is.

The individual is my boat building colleague, Craig Grace, and he is working on you third boat of this last summer.
