The glass is transparent and is textured like it is when the fiberglas has had a couple of coats. Not sticky and seems plenty hard. I have sanded the area (lightly) before applying more epoxy. I guess I will continue ot add additional light coats and build up the areas that need it. Then when that is done a light coat or two over all to even/smooth overall. Does that sound about right? Also, the hull will be painted a dark blue just as additional info. Thanks.
