I'm glad to see you still have your sense of humour. I guess it's too bad the power didn't go out sooner. You must have figured it out before the epoxy set. This may be an advantage for the "no-nails" method. I have heard the term "tortured plywood" for the decks but I think you went to far. We all have our ARRRRRRG moments, but most of us don't share them as well as you.
