Partly true. Precisely as true as "All VOC's are perfectly safe".

The truth is, inhaling chemicals (such as, oxygen, and even VOC's like the smell of fresh-baked bread, or the smell of a rose garden, or fresh-mixed epoxy) is

1. harmful if the concentrations or time of exposure is high enough 2. harmless or even necessary for life--and often enjoyable--otherwise.

My point is that you just have to heed manufacturer's warnings and use common sense, but having done so, just relax and enjoy life!
