Ray, simply assert yourself. Then run and hide.
I built my CH16 in an unheated garage in No. Virginia straight through the autumn and winter. Sure, the epoxy took a bit longer to cure, but the boat turned out just fine. There were a couple of times when I used light bulbs for localized heating without incident such as accelerating the end pours and the assembly of the coaming ring. Worked out great.
