Cold can make the epoxy take days longer to set up. Be patient a bit before you grab the scraper. Are you really sure you messed up the ratio? Can you add any heat to the area? Even a 100 watt bulb under a tarped off area will help. Don't set a fire though by letting the tarp get too close to the hot bulb.
