First thing, if it is a bump, is you have to sand it till it is flat with the surrounding surface.
If you are planning to paint, then that should do it. Continue with your second epoxy coat, ie, your first fill coat.
If you are planning bright finish, then after you've sanded it flat with the surrounding surface, do the spit test. If it passes, once again you have solved the problem and can continue with the fill coats.
