Thanks for the great advice, I'm getting close to being able to glass the hull on my Chesapeake 17 as well. I just applied the fillets and glassed the cockpit yesterday (took me much longer than I expected!!!) I ordered more wood flour because I used all of it on the fillets, and I want to fill the gaps on the hull like you all have recommended. I'm glad I got to glass the cockpit and experience firsthand some of the problems you can have working with glass; it's something I've never done before.
