Re: bulkhead fit

I am going to be cutting out and fitting my bulkheads this weekend as well as filleting the seams. I redrew the bulkheads for my Ch16 on cardboard and cut them out. The angles (sides/bottom) do not match up perfectly, but are close, I think I will make alter the templates till the fit perfectly, redraw on plywood and go from there... Any problem with them not being exact to plans?
