Peter,

I'm glad the dastardly line is gone in your case.

And that was under a coat of epoxy - which has no UV protection, so the sun bleached everything to the same shade.

I'm going to sun stun an image onto some scrap okoume - say an oak leaf - bring the wood inside and then apply some Epifanes Marine Varnish (heavy UV blockers). When it's dry, I'll put it back in the sun to see if it "fixed".

Any bets?
