Cartopping a Skerry

Hello,

I am thinking real hard about building a skerry or a Mill Creek 16'5". Will it be a realist possibility cartop the skerry without too much work? I would like the opportunity for fishing and a little sailing. Or, am I better off with the Mill Creek
