I agree with you that it is a typical great CLC forum thread...an honest question, multiple solution alternatives clearly explained, each alternative backed by experienced advice on its relative advantages, an informed decision by the original post-er, and in the end another happy customer in a bondo boat paddling along and eating onion rings and drinking root beer. Well, maybe that last part was not typical, but the rest was.
