Least Amount of coats.

Hey,

Summer is almost over and I really wanted to get a camping trip in before uni. starts again. I'm almost done with my boat, all I have left is Varnish and paint. How many coats do you think I can go on? Like the least amount where my boat will be fine untill I do some more this winter?
