They also cut the plywood into strips to bend it in ways that sheet ply normally won't - at the bow of the boat for example or for a hull that is to be 1" thick, done in layers since 1" ply is tough to bend. Also used for round hull designs laid over a mold setup. Think strip building with really big strips. Do not see it as a good choice for S&G. How do they plan on handling all the cross hull seams?
