Sassafras 16 w/ SailRig

Does any one have any experience putting the CLC SailRig on a Sassafras 16? How sea worthy is it? I am worried that there might be too much water into the boat. Can you still fit a couple adults with a kid in between while sailing?

Any experience appreciated. I am trying to decide which of the many kits I am interested in to build first.
