Thanks Terry, How about laying wax paper over the deckbeam and thus being able to one coat the underside of the deck panel prior to securring the deck? Also, Have put on 3 coats of epoxie on the hull and still have a bit of glass fiber that i can feel. Mainly on the keel area. I think that I will tonight not do the whole hull and only recoat where there is glass. What do you think? Another thought is whether or not the varnish will fill in some of the weave? Thanks to Mac I've been scraping in between coats and it should help to minimize the sanding later. Still cant find a 2" carbide scraper locally. All they have are 1". Also where do you get good cabinet scrapers?
