Rather that using epoxy for the "tabs" I used cyanoacrylate (CA or super glue) as suggested by others. It worked like a charm. I don't think that I would do it any other way. I used the thicker gel type that I got from a woodworking store. In order to use CA your panels will have to fit together well with little or no gaps. I would also suggest that you put masking tape on the outside of the hull over each of the wire holes prior to epoxying the interior - otherwise the epoxy drips out of the holes forming little pimples that you will have to sand or scrape off later. One other downside to this method is that you may have to fill the wire holes with epoxy before you glass the outside.
