According to the CLC instructions, let the wet-out coat cure at least 8 hours, then apply a second thin coat. CLC suggests using a foam roller, but I would use a squeegee after finding it leaves a thinner and smoother coat, less weight and less sanding.
Wait another 8 hours and repeat for the third coat. There should not be a need for a fourth coat unless you see or feel large areas of cloth weave. For isolated spots, tip in unthickened epoxy with a chip brush.
