Thanks for raising your concerns Pete. They seem to stem from both the child's age and the boat design (a sport kayak).

The next questions in my mind are, what clc boats will have the stability needed to take kids out and what is the suggested minimum age for small boat passengers.

I have a one year old like Mike and haven't figured out how old he'll have to be before I take him out in my Mill Creek 15 for a lazy paddle on the C&O canal.
