SOSpenders offers the long and short models. Just determine if it wads up on your sprayskirt when you are seated in the boat - creating problems with exit and use.

I fold the trigger cord up into the velcro of the cover sheath to keep it safely out of the way - and tug it free when the conditions look menacing. SB
