Terry, do sailors keep better track of wind/wave dimensions than some kayakers do? I swear the photo on the WR18 page is a 10-15mph conditions and JohnHarris says it's 25-28kts or upwards of 30+mph. The very few times I've been in that kind of wind if there's any kind of waves, regardless of the fetch and height,,the tops are all blown off. It's not the kind of stuff you can wear a baseball hat in.
