Seriously, though, if you're using donated wood flour from a friend's sanding project, be sure it's not laced with lead (or cadmium, copper or zinc - hazardous metals also and more common from boat sanding) I live in a town with very old houses covered with heaps of lead paint, and the sanding dusts from such homes would, I'm certain, test hazardous and not be at all good for the skin and lungs (particularly of your kids).
