Its so hard for me to get in the kayak and practice anything but a trip. I dont get in it often enough so I immediately start my touring cadence and then just fly. Im going to force my self this summer to make bracing and rolling drills a standard part of any tour.

Pete I highly recommend JAy Babinas video FIRST ROLL.
