Ok, I just had to look it up. (For anyone interested the link is below.) I'm not familiar with the brand name Araldite but it looks like your standard two-part epoxy glue in tubes. I would think it's nearly the same thing as the epoxy resin. Unless you're talking about a different glue than I looked at. The deciding factor to me would be cost per ounce and the amount I needed.
