Order Inquiry

We work really hard to be responsive and easy to reach.  Email is a great way to get ahold of us.  We try to answer email seven days a week, and within 24 hours, although response times will vary.  If your email account issues challenges (eg. Earthlink) or filters aggressively, you might not get a response from us.  Likewise, use an accurate, accessible address when you place an order or you won't hear back from us with confirmations, updates, and tracking numbers. 

Please, PLEASE, PLEASE type in your email address accurately---We respond to ALL emails, so if you don't hear from us, it's because our response got kicked back or because your email box is having issues.  This happens a couple of times a day, and it's depressing to us because the emailer, hearing nothing back, thinks we're scrubs who can't be bothered to respond.
