Upcoming Events

In-water trials of CLC's kayaks are generally held the third Wednesday evening of each month from April to October (not always the third Wednesday--please check the schedule). Demos are from 5:30 to dark and are always dependent on the weather. Please RSVP if you plan to attend.

CLC's Demo Night is hosted by the Chesapeake Paddler's Association, a friendly and well-organized paddling club. The Chesapeake Paddler's Association sponsors paddling instruction and paddling trips on the Chesapeake Bay and beyond. Consider joining; it's inexpensive, laid back, enlightening, and more fun than paddling alone.

Use the RSVP form below to let us know you're planning to attend and list the kayaks that you would like to try.

The in-water demos are held at Pier 7 on the South River, a few miles from the CLC factory. Please let us know in advance if you plan on attending the demo, and which kayaks you are interested in trying.

Can't make one of our scheduled demo nights? We can usually arrange a private on-water demo, seven days a week.

Directions

1. Head west on George Ave
2. Turn left at the first traffic lights onto Chinquapin Round Rd
3. Turn right at the first trafffic lights onto Aris T. Allen Blvd/MD-665
4. Take the first exit ramp towards MD-2/Solomon's Island Rd
5. Turn left heading south on MD-2/Solomon's Island Rd
6. Take the first left after the bridge and left again onto South River Rd
